We are blessed with having the highest calibre of esteemed Marajae and Ulema. We must take full advantage of this through reater dialogue, more interaction and communication so that all our brothers and sisters around the world are able to hear clearly and first hand from our Marajae.
The World Federation, as our global community institution, must develop better and stronger relationships with our Ulema around the world. In particular, the Qom office should focus around providing reports and updates to our Ulema in Iran, and similar work can be conducted in Iraq, Syria and around the world.

- • Build stronger ties with our Marajae and Ulema by:
- - Opening an office in Najaf, Iraq.
- - Visiting our Marajae at least once a year with our community leaders to discuss the key issues facing us all.
- - Translating and sending the new annual reports to the Marajae and to Ulema around the world.
- - Utilising better the office in Qom, so that we build stronger relationships.
