• Foster a culture of community service at every opportunity by:
-
- Encouraging new faces to join all of our organisations as volunteers
-
- Ensuring access to training for existing volunteers
-
- Cultivating a culture of openness and transparency
-
- Ensuring we are all aware of the opportunities to serve
-
- Using online recruitment to more actively advertise voluntary positions
-
- Encouraging our Jamaats to create opportunities for young children to serve the community.
-
- Increasing the diversity of our volunteers within The World Federation’s core teams, so that we have volunteers of both genders, all ages, all regions and all walks of life.
